To all the parents out there, thank you for allowing me to be a role model for your children. I really, really do not take that for granted.

So when it comes to being a role model to women, I think it’s because of the way that I feel about myself, and the way that I treat myself. You can decide to be the role model and reverse your whole generational pattern from a bad one to a good one.

Being a role model is the most powerful form of educating. Youngsters need good models more than they need critics. It’s one of a parent’s greatest responsibilities and opportunities.

Nobody I represent is pretending to be the pope or a role model for young people. People have to live their lives. They have the right to smoke if they want.

No one teaches you how to be a famous person; no one teaches you how to be a role model. It’s something you have to do on your own.
