Mentoring can have a profound impact on your personal growth, but you have to be open to change.
Mentoring is a two-way street. You get out what you put in.
My mentoring program is pretty specific, it’s about self-empowerment, about being able to find solutions through teamwork. That’s one of my first goals.

Mentoring is about listening to people, helping them go over what the issues are and how to clarify ways to deal with any problems that may arise.
In my teens, I worked as an aide in my community supervising and mentoring youth in various programs and delivering lunches to needy students.
I didn’t have a father to deal with about boyfriends. I didn’t have a father to show me how a man and woman relate in a family setting. Therefore, I have given over my life to mentoring young people. I’m adamant about young people who have been denied a father/daughter relationship.
